Cancellation policy of Premius Kuntoutus will change from 1 October 2025.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our customer service immediately, tel. +358 10 292 8570 (calls only, text messages cannot be sent to this number).

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time, and for mental wellbeing services no later than 48 hours before the appointment, or on the weekday preceding a weekend.

An appointment can be cancelled at the customer service desk or by calling Premius customer service. If the appointment was booked online, it can be cancelled online no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

If cancelled later or if the therapy appointment is not cancelled at all, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booked service. If the appointment is booked less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, it is binding and cannot be cancelled free of charge.

No Kela reimbursement will be given for missed or late-cancelled appointments in rehabilitation psychotherapy or physiotherapy, and a missed appointment will be charged in full to the client. For missed or late-cancelled home appointments and other appointments, which take place outside Premius premises, an additional fee according to the price list will be added to the payment.
